All of our items are handmade with love and great attention to detail. Because each piece is unique, we unfortunately do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.
Why No Returns?
- Crochet pieces are delicate and cannot be resold once returned.
- We want every customer to receive a brand-new, untouched product.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and do our best to find a solution.
Customs & Delivery Delays
We cannot issue refunds for customs charges, delivery delays, or parcels held at customs, as these are beyond our control.
