Processing Time
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment is received.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
- UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Europe Orders: Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- Shipping is free for orders over 25 euros.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal service delays or busy periods (such as Christmas, Easter).
Customs & Import Taxes
- UK Orders: No customs or import fees apply.
- Europe Orders: Since the UK is outside the EU, your order may be subject to import VAT or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
