All orders are handmade and shipped from the United Kingdom.

We currently ship to:
- United Kingdom
- All countries within Europe
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
- UK Orders: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Europe Orders: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
Processing time for all orders: 2–3 working days before dispatch.
4. Will I need to pay customs or import fees?
- UK Orders: No, you won’t pay any customs or import fees.
- Europe Orders: Since the UK is outside the EU, some countries may charge VAT or customs fees when your order arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, as each item is handmade and cannot be resold once returned. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
6. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
7. How should I care for my crochet item?
- Most crochet items should be hand-washed gently in cold water.
- Lay flat to dry (do not tumble dry).
- Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
