Because each piece is unique, we unfortunately <strong>do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds<\/strong> once an order has been shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why No Returns?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Crochet pieces are delicate and cannot be resold once returned.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We want every customer to receive a brand-new, untouched product.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Damaged or Wrong Items<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item by mistake, please contact us within <strong>7 days of delivery<\/strong> with photos of the issue.
